An NCLEX readiness assessment is a mixed, timed sample that tells you whether safety, pharmacology, and adult health still collapse under pressure. It is not a replacement for the official exam and it is not affiliated with NCSBN. Certifia’s current readiness product is a 50-question Pro exam inside the logged-in app. A smaller public diagnostic for SEO visitors is planned and is not launched. This page will not start either test in the browser.

What readiness means for NCLEX

You want a score you did not invent, a category breakdown, and a list of topics that actually leaked points. Guessing 80% on a friend’s quiz is not that. A useful assessment forces prioritization items next to maternity and psych so you cannot hide in one subject.

What the assessment evaluates

Clinical judgment across client needs: safety, adult health, pharm, maternal-child, and psychosocial. The report should say where you are guessing. Certifia’s in-app exam also writes that breakdown to your progress so weak-area mode has something real to overweight.

Practice quizzes versus readiness

A 10-question quick set teaches a rule. A readiness set is a checkpoint. Do not use the checkpoint on day one and do not treat an untimed category drill as proof you are ready to test. The public diagnostic, when it exists, will stay smaller than the Pro exam on purpose.

Create a free account and study. Start the Pro readiness exam from the signed-in product when you have a subscription. Do not expect a guest “start test” button on this marketing URL.

Is the Pro readiness exam the official NCLEX?

No. It is independent practice. It is not the NCLEX and is not affiliated with NCSBN.

Will a future public test use the full Certifia bank?

No. A guest diagnostic will be a small server-chosen set. The production bank stays closed to anonymous download.
